From the Kitchen
The dishes guests keep coming back for, and a few surprises beside them.

Soups and noodles.
The kitchen is built around the broth. These are the dishes that have been here since the beginning.
- Beef Pho
Slow-cooked broth, sliced beef, rice noodles, and a herb plate to build your bowl your way.
- Beef and Beef Ball Pho
The same deep broth with sliced beef and springy beef balls that hold their texture all the way through.
- Combo Pho
Generous amounts of both beef and chicken in a rich, clear broth that earns every mouthful.
- Laksa
Coconut broth with real heat, thick noodles, and enough depth to make this the go-to cold weather order.
- Wonton Soup
Handmade pork wontons in broth, with bok choy and spring onion and a small cup of chili oil to finish.
- Bun Thit Nuong
Vermicelli noodles with chargrilled pork, spring rolls, shredded vegetables, and a dipping sauce.

Plates and specials.
The signatures, plus a rotating cast of specials that give the regulars a reason to ask what's on this week.
- Tyron's Special
Folded omelette, turmeric grilled chicken, pickled daikon and carrot, chili sauce.
- Matty's Special
A house plate built from what's best that week, and the reason some regulars never look at the menu.
- Cambodian Beef Stew
Wednesday and Thursday only. Slow-braised beef with noodles and herbs, from a recipe with real roots.
- Congee
Mondays only. A rice porridge that regulars plan their week around.
- Pancakes with Pork Belly
Golden stack with chargrilled teriyaki pork belly, a combination that quietly announces this kitchen ranges wider than the menu suggests.
- Rice Paper Rolls
Fresh prawn rolls with peanut and chili sauces, served with enough dipping sauce to mean it.
